The hotel had a super central setting to travel around for sightseeing. Moreover, it was next to the train station, shops and restaurants, the Takashimaya Gate Tower Mall, which features many boutiques and smaller shops and JR Main Station. Our twin room was new-fashioned and compact with very comfy beds.

Truly enjoyed how the stylish and functional a double room with large bathroom was arranged when we arrived. The breakfast was savoury by a trained barista, the staff was efficient. The hotel was in a favourable location, to other local landmarks.

Great hotel breakfast buffet selections.
The check-in process was annoyingly rigid. I arrived early but was not allowed to even start the check-in procedure. I expected to drop off my bags but had to stand around and wait, really inconvenient.

Convenient, Convenient, Convenient
The location is unbeatable-right above the train station! Our room on the 23rd floor had a amazing city view that we adored every morning. Plus, the coffee machine in the room was my little morning joy, always ready for a caffeine fix!

Exactly what I think, no more, no less
A top-tier spot conveniently perched above the train station. Friendly staff lent umbrellas during the typhoon. Enjoyed the spacious room and lovely views from the 23rd floor. The breakfast buffet was really good! Culinary delights await just below.

good stay overall but minor details could improve experience
The staff were accommodating . They lent us umbrellas during the heavy rain, very thoughtful.
The details in the room could be a bit more polished.

I enjoyed the convenience of this hotel located directly above Nagoya Station. The easy access to transportation for my trips around the city made commuting easy. The room felt modern and spacious, with a nice coffee machine, which I loved. I really appreciated the city view from my window-it was a great way to unwind with a cup of coffee. The common areas were clean, and you could tell the hotel's upkeep was a priority. I was disappointed with the pillows. They flattened quickly and were not comfortable. The check-in time at 3 PM was also frustrating, especially since I had arrived a bit earlier and would have liked to settle in. The friendliness of the staff varied. While some were helpful, others lacked warmth. I'd expect better service given the hotel's nice setting and amenities.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was impressively modern and spacious. The shower was like a dream. The breakfast selection was good and popular among locals, which. If you’re a fan of great views, consider asking for a room facing the tracks—you won’t regret it!

We loved our 3-night stay in a comfortable room and enjoyed the hotel’s cozy lounge while sipping coffee. The couple's massage and sauna were a nice touch for relaxation. The kids didn't receive the welcome packs we were told about, but it didn’t spoil our trip too much. just make sure to ask about that! 😊
